Depart 6:00 AM from the north end of the Park & Ride on Deereco Road, 1/4 mile south off Padonia Road (exit 17 off I-83) and 6:30 AM from Carney Park & Ride on Harford Road and Jomat Avenue, (3/4 mile north off beltway exit 3l-B). 8:00AM boarding time. 8:15 AM cruise from Pier 4 in Washington, DC to Mount Vernon. 10:00AMarrive at Mount Vernon. 3 hour self-guided tour of Mount Vernon 1:15 PM return
