See The World In Branson is an annual event allowing visitors to experience multiple International culture and entertainment without having to travel abroad. Local theatres, hotels, restaurants, and retail venues will be representing the countries of Spain, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Japan, Germany, Russia, China, and Switzerland. Monday, April 19
Depart 6:00 AM from the north end of the Park & Ride on Deereco Road, 1/4 mile south off Padonia Road (exit 17 off I-83) and 6:30 AM from Carney Park & Ride on Harford Road and Jomat Avenue, 3/4 mile north off Beltway exit 3l-B. Breakfast and lunch stops on own en route. 6:00 PM approximate arrival in Indianapolis, IN and check into the Drury Inn. Dinner on own at a local restaurant.

Tuesday, April 20
Continental breakfast at the hotel. 9:00 AM check out and depart for Branson, MO. Lunch on own and rests stops before arriving approximately 4:00 PM. As you arrive in Branson your journey begins traveling the world into different countries. Your first stop will be to the country of Japan. 4:00 PM Check into the Cascades Inn, 3226 Shepherd of the Hills Expwy (Tel. #417-335-8424). 6:00 PM next, travel to Italy and an evening meal at the Gardens Restaurant. 8:00 PM onto Spain for an evening entertainment with Jim Stafford at the Jim Stafford Theatre.

Wednesday, April 21
Continental breakfast at the hotel. 9:00 AM this morning visit several countries in the downtown Branson area. Stop by Dino Kartsonakis’ 14 Karat Cake Company in the Chappy Mall for your experience in the country of Greece. Later tonight sample some Mediterranean cuisine. Don’t forget to visit the 12 foot tall German Cuckoo Clock at the German Cuckoo Clock Outlet Center. Lunch on your own at one of the Ozark Mountain Restaurants downtown. 3:00 PM traveling north to Russia, the largest country in the world, stop at the Yakov Smirnoff Theatre. Here you will be seeing America’s own Russian, Yakov Smirnoff. He will have you laughing and crying all at the same time! 6:00 PM tonight sample the Mediterranean cuisine at the Blue Olive Restaurant. 8:00 PM travel north to the country of China. Tonight you will see the Acrobats of China in the Shanghai Theatre. See graceful movements and the thrilling stunts performed before your eyes!

Thursday, April 22
Continental breakfast at the hotel. 10:00 AM the journey begins in Ireland. The Twelve Irish Tenors perform at the Branson Variety Theatre. 12:30 PM across the North Sea to Germany. Lunch will be served in the Stage Door Canteen at the Welk Resort Complex. After your meal take a theatre tour by the son of Peggy Lennon of the Lennon Sisters. The tour consists of the life-time memorabilia of Lawrence Welk where you can view old props and costumes used in the show. The tour will conclude with a group photo with Lawrence Welk and the Orchestra. 3:00 PM let’s visit a small country just south, Switzerland. At the Imax Complex, view a film on this beautiful country. After the film, take time to visit some of the shops in the complex. 5:30 PM the evening meal will be on your own tonight. Before the sun sets, let’s visit one more country. 7:30PM Shoji Tabuchi. Shoji’s heritage comes from the country of Japan. His extraordinary talent for the violin and love of music entertains your heart and soul.

Friday, April 23
Continental breakfast at the hotel. 8:00 AM depart Branson for the return home. Lunch on own and rest stops en route. 4:00 PM arrive in Indianapolis, IN and check into the Drury Inn. Dinner on own tonight.

Saturday, April 24
7:00 AM continental breakfast at the hotel. 8:00 AM depart for the return home. Lunch on own and rest stops en route before arriving approximately 7:30 PM at Carney Park & Ride and 8:00 PM at Deereco Park & Ride
